Debrief and Narrative
Over the assessment period, the property showed a stable drainage pattern with intermittent surface moisture responding to regional weather. The southern-facing apple tree anchor remained in full sun with perked vegetation, while the vegetative hallway on the right side showed partial shade and visible drainage flow. No storm impacts were observed during the baseline window. The property is well-positioned for weekly continuity monitoring, with clear anchor points that will reveal how conditions shift as the season progresses.
